Account and password
Use password recovery if you cannot sign in. Signed-in learners can change their password and close other sessions from the account page.
Course progress
Refresh the course once if a completed activity has not updated. Do not recreate the account: saved progress is account-bound, and a second account will have a separate story.
Microphone and audio
Allow microphone access only when a speaking activity asks for it. If the browser denies access, open its site permissions, allow the microphone and retry the same activity. Headphones can make station and phone listening tasks clearer.
Subscription
Billing, invoices, payment methods and cancellation live in Stripe’s hosted portal, opened from the account page. You can also use the public cancellation form or withdrawal form. Cancelling paid access does not delete learning progress.
