Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain pricing, what you receive, and important purchase conditions for Expat Speak.

1) Pricing

Prices are shown in EUR.

  • Standard Access: EUR 7.99 (one-time)
  • Full Access: EUR 12.99 (one-time)

Any applicable taxes (including VAT) may be added by the payment provider depending on your location.

2) What you get

Purchases unlock access to paid content within the Service.

Access levels are shown in the product at the time you purchase. As a general model:

  • Free access includes early chapters intended as a trial.
  • Standard Access unlocks the paid chapters currently available in a series.
  • Full Access unlocks the paid chapters currently available in a series and future additions to that same series as they are released.

3) Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

4) Delivery

Purchased access is delivered digitally and typically becomes available immediately after payment confirmation.

5) Right of withdrawal and refunds (digital content)

Purchases are generally non-refundable.

If you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content or digital services, you may be asked to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Nothing in these Payment Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

6) Changes to pricing

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect access you have already purchased.
